Welcome!
This is a first for me as I get used to the idea that I now have a web-site!

Something I'd like to do is to make a chronicle of my experiences as I continue to tour and record. I'd like to the share various insights and impressions I've have of the people I've met and places I've been. Please feel free to write me, asking me questions, or sharing with me some of your own experiences.

Currently I am just back from my annual fall tour x-country where I had concerts in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, and New York. It was quite a time, and actually the most solid of the fall tours yet!

I feel quite recovered now as I settle back into New England and push forward with two recording projects at once. First, is producing Lui Collins next CD. It's working title is "Leaving Fort Knox," and in my opinion it's the finest single collection of songs that she's written in all 25 years of her career! I feel privileged to be working on this. It's expected release date is June '99. Second, is my own next CD; my third CD in 6 years. It's current working title (these things change) is "Counting Freights." The arrangements and instrumentation will be similar to my previous recordings, yet I believe the entire feel of the songs and music will be a reflection of the amount of time I've spent touring since "Midnight Salvage" came out. My greatest joy in the studio is the "crafting" of a perfectly recorded song. "Counting Freights" will be an opportunity to do that once again. Expected release will be in August of '99.

I'll leave it at that for now. Thanks for visiting me here at my page. Be well! See you in your town!
